Not only did they have the correct part, they sent me the manual on how to repair my eliptical machine. I think I could have figured it out, but it was very nice to have pictures and diagrams to go off of. Just needed a philips screwdriver, an open end wrench and an O-ring pliers. You can do it yourself.

We ordered a replacement belt for our Triumph 6.0R exercise bike on Tuesday night, it arrived Friday morning, we installed it Friday afternoon, and back on the bike on Friday night...Working great... (unfortunately, enjoyed the days off) Thanks for your help!
